Return Information

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive the merchandise. You can find all the information and a sample withdrawal form here: https://remdi-augsburg.de/Cancellation-Instructions

Please send your withdrawal notice within the specified time frame via email to [email protected].

To help us clearly identify your return, please include a note with your invoice number, your address, and a list of the items being returned. Alternatively, a copy of the invoice is sufficient.

We do not provide a return label—the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Use a shipping carrier of your choice and send the package to our address:

Note on Exchanges:
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the unwanted item and order the desired item separately through our online store.
